As a virtual border of the residential area, along Budafoki and Dombóvári Roads, the developers are planning to build 200,000 square meters of ‘A’ category office buildings. The construction is going to start this autumn, as the next step of the project.

In the two- or three-phase development 58.000 square-meters of offices, equipped with the most modern technical solutions are to be developed. First phase of 16,000 square meter office building planned by Építészstúdió Ltd. under the wing of Mr. Iván Nagy leading architect shall be handed over in the first quarter of 2010, followed by an overall 42,000 square meter office complex designed by Team0708 Ltd. with the supervision of Mr. Peter Janesch leading architect.
