The line of light-structure buildings on Kopaszi dike, reconstructed and built according to the plans of Turányi Architectural Office, reflect the train of thought of the future developments, the aim to preserve the harmony between the developed area and the natural environment.

The 14 pavilions occupy 3000 square meters surrounded by 6000 square meters of terraces in a magnificently reconstructed and maintained park. From the spring of 2009 restaurants, cafes and event halls will await the visitors of the park and the future residents and workers of the bay.
