Development

In the next 8-10 years the developers intend to create a brand new and multifunctional part of the city of Budapest which is to include both residential and office areas, hotels, commercial, wellness and sports facilities together with the already existing exclusive park.

The development includes approximately 56 hectares of area bordered by Kopaszi dike, Dombóvári Road, Budafoki út and Hengermalom Road, 10 hectares of which is the surface of the water. 26 hectares are to be developed of the remaining 46 hectares which means that together with the park opened earlier Újbuda and Budapest as well as those visiting and living in this future part of the city are going to gain altogether 20 hectares of green area suitable for doing sports and relaxation as well.

The construction of the first office blocks is to start this autumn along Budafoki Road. The first part of the development, in 2-3 phases, is supposed to provide the new business centre of Újbuda with 58 square meters of ‘A’ category offices.
