Our policy

General Regulations
Öböl XI Kft. as the keeper of the park is obliged to assure pleasant spare time as well as to cater for the undisturbed recreation of the guests visiting the park. It is also our mission to enforce the rules of authorities on the territory of the park.

Admission to the park
Lágymányosi bay can be accessed through the entrance on Dombóvári road during the opening hours. From the direction of Hengermalom street the park is open for visitors up to the so-called Little bay, where a dedicated area for walking dogs can be found.
Admission to the park is free of charge except for special private events and programs.

Opening hours
Every day 06.00 am - 02.00 am.

Parking place
At the entrance a parking place is at our guests’ disposal.
At the whole territory of the parking place together with the roads and paths leading there visitors are kindly requested to drive at a speed and be as careful as possible so that no harm would be caused either to pedestrians or other cars.

Security information
We intend to draw the attention of our guests to the fact that the whole are is guarded by surveillance cameras and a security service, Magnum Security Kft., however Öböl XI. Ltd does not take any responsibility for stealing or damage caused within the park.

General rules:

• Visitors are to accept the rules of our policy and use the park at their own risk.
• Every visitor is to be held responsible for the damages in the park. In case of any intentional abuse Öböl XI is to exercise its right to proceed against the person causing the damage.
• We kindly ask visitors not to throw away any rubbish, cigarettes or empty bottles in the park. Please throw them in the dustbins.
• Dogs can only be walked in the area especially dedicated for that purpose which is to be accessed through the entrance on Hengermalom Street. Dog waste is to be disposed of in that area, using the plastic bags place on the dustbins.
• It is strictly forbidden to use cars, skateboards in the paths of the park.
• Fishing is forbidden in the whole area of the park.
• Taking into consideration the territorial characteristics of the park such as the steep slopes of the river bank and the vast surfaces of water, we request our visitors to see after the constant supervision and safety of children.
• The water of Lágymányosi bay is currently not appropriate for swimming therefore it is strictly forbidden.
• The running track is for jogging and walking. Cycling, using baby carriage or walking slowly is dangerous and thus forbidden.
• Children between the ages of 3-12 are allowed to use the playground under parental supervision.
• Visitors are asked to hand out the lost and found possessions to the security guards at the entrances so that they can have it recorded and stored until the owner comes forward.
• It is dangerous and thus strictly forbidden to visit, use or climb buildings closed from public.
• Drawing graffiti is forbidden.
• In the restrooms the general hygienic rules are to be followed.
